The Government seeks a contractor to provide a 23’ x 13’ portable LED screen system, including an enclosed trailer, delivery, and warranty coverage, for use at Edwards AFB in high-visibility military events such as change-of-command ceremonies and commanders’ all-calls. This is a full and open competition using comparative evaluation for best value. The estimated period of performance is 240 days or sooner after receipt of order, with preferred warranties of 36 months for the trailer and 24 months for the LED screen. Proof of CMMC Level 1 Foundational compliance in SPRS/PIEE is mandatory as of November 10, 2025 for contract eligibility. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds are certified and available.
