The Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price, full-and-open-competition quote for a Dual-Chamber Aerospace Heat Treating Furnace System, including a roll-away oil quench tank, sensors/consumables, turnkey installation, commissioning, calibration, SAT/TUS certification, on-site training, IUID tagging, and freight/rigging. The system must meet USAF T.O. 1-1A-9 and SAE AMS2750H, with vertically stacked independently controlled radiant chambers rated to 2,000°F, Class 3 (±15°F) TUS volumes, AMS2750H-compliant instrumentation/recorders, safety interlocks, and compatibility with facility 480V 3-phase power and Building 1600 access constraints; the Delta H Defender Series is the baseline, with equals evaluated against all salient characteristics. Performance location is Edwards AFB, CA 93524, specifically Building 1600, Room 503, for the 412 MXS Metals Technology/Welding Shop. Equipment fabrication, delivery, installation, SAT/TUS calibration certification, and operational training must be completed within 90 to 120 calendar days after receipt of order. Award will be made on a best-value basis to a responsible offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and compliant with all mandatory requirements, with price evaluated as the aggregate total of CLINs 0001 through 0007.
