Dual-Chamber Aerospace Heat Treating (DCAHT) Furnace System
This RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price acquisition for a Dual-Chamber Aerospace Heat Treating (DCAHT) Furnace System for the 412th Maintenance Squadron Metals Technology Section at Edwards AFB, CA, Building 1600, Room 503. The requirement includes a Delta H Defender Series furnace or equal, a roll-away oil quench tank with automated agitator, a 3-year sensors/probes/consumables package, turnkey installation/commissioning/calibration/SAT, on-site training, IUID/documentation, and inside freight/rigging. The system must comply with USAF T.O. 1-1A-9, SAE AMS2750H, and specified dual-chamber temperature, volume, uniformity, instrumentation, safety, and footprint requirements. All fabrication, delivery, installation, SAT/TUS calibration certification, and operational training must be completed within 90 to 120 calendar days after receipt of order. Award will be best value based on pass/fail technical acceptability and evaluated price across the seven CLINs.
