This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to the University of Ghana Medical Center for a clinical evaluation study of a specific tropical fever diagnostic test. The work will be performed at the University of Ghana Medical Centre. The contract will have a base period of performance with a six-month option period. The government will consider capability statements from other responsible sources that believe they can meet the requirement. All capability statements must be received by 9 April 2026, 4:00 PM CET to be considered.
