The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, is seeking qualified sources that can provide online legal information services; an interface between Government systems and the vendor databases for access, issuing of user IDs and customized database usage reports, and related customer support services such as training and telephone and online assistance for legal personnel in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Defense Contract Management (DCMA). Therefore, the Government is requesting responses from interested concerns capable of satisfying all requirements described in the attached draft Statement of Requirements (SOR). All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
