Requirements Each vehicle must include the following: •Gasoline-powered engine •Four-passenger seating •4x2 drive configuration or better •Fully enclosed hard cab with doors and windshield •Windshield wiper •Turn signal package •Rear-view mirror •Dual outside cab mirrors •Roof-mounted amber flashing light •Heavy-duty springs •All required lights and mirrors for street-legal operation on base
