This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of Contractors capable of meeting the Governments minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is seeking qualified and responsible sources capable of providing for the preparation of personal property (including servicing of appliances) of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment, drayage and/or storage and related Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services. This notice does not constitute a request for quote. The intent of this notice is to identify potential Offerors for Market Research purposes; and facilitate the Government’s decision to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. NAICS Code: 484210 – Used Household and Office Goods Moving. PSC Code: V003 – Packing/Crating Services Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The Contractors Capability Statement shall include (at a minimum): A cover page containing the company’s name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 484210, business size/socioeconomic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted via email to dylan.l.douglas.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00 A.M. EST, July 21, 2025.
