The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 13 December 2024 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Requirements ************************************************************************** NAVSUP FLC San Diego require facilities suitable for hosting a high profile event Wednesday and Thursday 28-29 May 2025. Refer to statement of requirements for full detail. Period of Performance: 27 May 2025 to 29 May 2025 Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Requirements Venue shall be located in San Diego, CA Venue location shall be within 10 miles of the San Diego International Airport Venue should be located near eating/shopping/entertainment establishments A block of 100 single occupancy rooms (or as many as possible) to accommodate conference travelers The hotel room rate shall not exceed the current government per diem rate of $199.00 per night. One (1) Conference space (Main Conference room) that can accommodate up to 500 people and be set up in a “school room” configuration with chairs for Weds & Thurs 28-29 May 2025 Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment and support for the entire period of the conference is required. In that case, the Government reserves the right to consider the past performance of other quotes/ offers, conduct a price, past performance tradeoff, and award to other than the lowest price quote/offer. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to support a Culture of Excellence 2.0 Summit requiring facilities suitable for hosting a high profile event Wednesday and Thursday 28-29 May 2025, the COMMANDER NAVAL SURFACE FORCES (CNSF) will need a contract with a conference facility that can provide a meeting space, audio visual support, and reserve a block of rooms, in San Diego, CA, for the entirety of the conference, beginning at 1400, 27 May 2025 and concluding 1700, 29 May 2025. The anticipated award date is 23 December 2025. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on 24 November 2024. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract type. If interested in this opportunity, please submit a capabilities statement (the capability statement shall be no more than five (5) pages in length) with PWS feedback by 23 November 2024 at 11:00 AM PST and shall be submitted to Mr. Jason Pelle at jason.a.pelle.civ@us.navy.mil.
