The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1400 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a one (1) mile radius of Waldorf Marketplace, 3051 Waldorf Market Pl, Waldorf, MD 20603. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease. Draft Lease document attached. Responses should include proposed rental amount (to include CAM, taxes, and insurance).
