The Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation for bid on the sale of scrap brass (expended small arms cartridge casings) located at Clarke Range Complex in Alexandria, AL. This sale requires the buyer to coordinate pick up of the material and deform the brass as a condition of sale. See the attached Invitation for Bid #2025-03 for more information or call Dustin Bowers (ALARNG QRP Mgr) at 334-530-9598 for any questions. Respond by email to dustin.m.bowers5.mil@army.mil with the buyer's $/lb. no later than the bid close date/time of February 12th 2024 at 4:00 pm CST. All bidders will be notified of the results once the bid window closes.
