This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR subpart 6.302-1,Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to provide Ourarings, service and support. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services. DHA intends to award this requirement to Ouraring Inc under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Kevin Hodge, kevin.d.hodge8.civ@health.mil no later than 12 September 2024, 12:00 p.m. Central Time, and shall include the control number 20240828-023252 in the subject line.
