The 66ABG/SC division has a requirement to upgrade one conference room located in Building 1435 with a PTZ capable camera and microphone capability a new Microsoft TEAMS USB capability, an Audio Visual (AV) rack, projector, audio capabilities, and a control system. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details and full description of requirement. In regards to the bid scheduel: Please submit proposals under one Firm Fixed Price CLIN. This one CLIN will include both equipment and installation service. To do a technical evaluation on the proposals, we need to see an itemized list of each piece of equipment, we do not however need to know the price breakdown of each item.
