Astronics Test Systems, Inc. has the requisite technical and engineering expertise to perform all efforts required to provide the supplies identified in this J&A. No vendor has successfully developed and passed all required testing. Hence, they are the only one who were designated the approved source. The approved source identified above has demonstrated the unique and proven manufacturing capabilities to establish and maintain the processing control required to produce this item repetitively.
