Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NEM-CD), on behalf of the National Capital Region Medical Directorate (NCR-MD), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), is seeking sources for the products and services described herein and within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This a non-personal services contract to fulfill the requirement for the Contract Management Planning and Surveillance System (COMPASS 2.0) with both the Human Capital Management and Workflow modules in order to provide electronic contract management for healthcare, administrative, and service contracts/task orders at the facilities listed above. The contractor is to provide all items and services (other than items specified as government furnished property) as necessary to perform as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all three facilities listed above. The base Period of Performance is anticipated to be April 1 2023 - March 31 2024, with 3 option years.
