This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR subpart 13.501(a), only one source is capable of providing the services because the services. This requirement is to provide Enterprise Clinical Audiology Application (ECAA)/AudBase Support Services. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. DHA intends to award this requirement to Audsoft, Inc. under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Kevin Hodge, kevin.d.hodge8.civ@health.mil no later than 15 June 2024, 12:00 p.m. Central Time, and shall include the control number 20231222-022510 in the subject line.
