Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Human Capital Management Office (HCMO), has executed a modification to extend the contract period of performance for three (3) months from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024. This extension is to the Bridge Contract awarded to Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc. [CAGE Code: 39BL2; 134 Commerce Drive, Suite 100 Clarksville, Virginia 23927-2554, United States]. The Contractor is required to provide administrative, analysis, planning, and IT support services for OUSD(I&S) HCMO requirements. The three (3) month extension eliminates possible support service interruption. The follow-on requirement is currently in the pre-solicitation phase with an anticipated award date of April 1, 2024. This contract modification was awarded sole source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice provides a copy of the approved justification in accordance with FAR 6.305(a) and (d)(1).
