This RFI is for market research, information, and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, proposals, or quotations and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a request for proposal, quote or award a contract as a result of this RFI. This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) intent to identify sources, obtain new ideas and information pertaining to the state of the industry for providing: Technical Assistance and Information Technology support to stand up an Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability in the following areas: (1) AI Career Development (Training & Recruitment), (2) AI Infrastructure and Tools. As the effort to develop AI expands at DIA, follow on efforts will focus on Mission Support, Standards and Governance, Experimentation and Partnerships. AMENDMENT 1: This is an amendment to the original RFI to clarify Section 9 of the RFI entitled "Questions”. Please see revised RFI attachment entitled "AI COI_RFI Amendment 1". Questions are due by 12:00 Noon PM EST on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 Responses to the RFI are due by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, April 24, 2023 AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 is to post the Government's response to the questions received as of March 29, 2023. Please see the attachment entitled RFI_Q and A_AI_Amendment_2_20230330. There were no questions asked for week March 30, 2023 - April 5, 2023. AMENDMENT 3: The purpose of Amendment 3 is to post the Government's response to the questions received as of April 12, 2023. Please see the attachment entitled RFI_Q and A_AI_Amendment_3_20230413.
