ProQuest LLC is the exclusive publisher and copyright holder to all ProQuest LLC content. This award is being made under under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This will be a firm fixed price contract for 1 (12) month and 4 (12) month option periods. The proposed contract action is for ProQuest Subscription Services.
