STATEMENT OF WORK 497th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (497 ISRG) Replacing the VCC Workstation (Vindicator System) 1.0 BACKGROUND: The 497 ISRG operates Distributed Ground System-1 (DGS-1), the largest part of the Air Force’s weapon system for processing, exploiting, analyzing, and distributing intelligence collected from Air Force and other intelligence platforms. Additionally, DGS-1 is involved in combat intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations around the globe on a 24/7 basis delivering high-confidence products and services to Joint and Coalition forces and other designated government agencies. As such, the key factors to the performance of this tasks to maintain a secure posture of the facility will be security, speed, and safety of equipment. 2.0 SCOPE: This Statement of Work (SOW) covers the replacement/installation of the Vindicator Command and Control Workstation (vindicator) on the Operations Floor. The address is 586 Weyland Rd, Bldg. 1302, a single multi-story (two floors) facility with a freight rated elevator if required. Primary work will be conducted on the Integrated Maintenance Operations Center (IMOC) workspace. Government representatives will escort contractor at all times. 3.0 TASKS: The following are tasks required for this effort: 3.1. Site Survey / Data Gathering: Request Contractor(s) offerors conduct site survey in order to get a full understanding of the scope of this requirement which includes equipment purchase and installation. The Contractor site surveys should include a risk assessments, develop a plan for installation and corrective actions and provide the site survey report to the government no late than 5 business days after site survey. The site survey report should include the following: Installation Engineering Design Drawings and Schematics. Detailed Equipment Listing. Recommend Innovative Technology Solutions Develop Installation Priorities and Schedules 3.2. Installation of Equipment: The Government request the contractor to procure and install all equipment associated with the vindicator system at Bldg. 1302 Contractor will be responsible for tear-down and removal of existing equipment and subsequent install of new equipment. All removal and disposal of equipment, boxes, packing material, debris and trash associated with this installation. 3.3. Suggested Equipment Listing ITEM QUANTITY AE VCC 2/SAW 2 SA Workstation (Win 10, SQL 2012) Office 2016 Pro, 32Gb RAM, RAID 1, 2U Rack Mount 2 V5 IDS Firmware Upgrade (per device) 2 V5 ACS Firmware Upgrade (per device) 6 Serial Converter 2 Cat 6, Patch Cables Wires and Ties As needed 4.0 Post-Installation Training and Consultation: Upon completion of installation, the contractor shall perform system testing in preparation of the government’s acceptance. The Contractor shall provide system on-hand training; training and system documentation and technical support as set forth by commercial equipment warranty. 5.0 LOSS OR DAMAGES: Contractor will be liable for damage to equipment or facilities resulting from the tasks described within. This may include participating in security investigations for the loss or damage of certain equipment. Government personnel will inspect assets after installation for damages sustained during installation. 6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION: 6.1 Building Access: The Government (user) will provide or secure escort personnel for all areas when required. 6.2 Base Access Badge: The Government (user) will provide base access (if necessary) to all parties identified on an access authorization list provided by the Contractor prior to the start of any work. 7.0 ATTACHMENTS: None
