The transportation shall arrive within 3 hours after confirmation of the pickup location. This would be one year with possible option years. The local areas are: Atchison, KS; FT Leavenworth, KS; Kansas City Airport Complex, MO; therefore, this encompasses the metro around FT Leavenworth with locations in Leavenworth and Wyandotte county Kansas and Clay County Missouri.
