The contractor shall provide training classes either virtual and/or in person to help first year contracting professionals to gain exposure to specific knowledge, skills and abilities of the contracting profession early in their employment. Topics for the training classes are not in competition with Defense Acquisition University (DAU) classes required to receive DAWIA certification. The contract may also include trainings to assist employees to enhance their ability to coach and train employees in support of the intern program.
