The United States Army is planning to justify brand name(s) requirement to procure Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC) chillers from specific manufacturers for Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, and Hawaii U.S. Army garrisons to support new construction, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of Army facilities.
