Be within c... Description of Services The venue must be: Easily accessible from the National Capital Region. Able to accommodate 200 attendees with proper meeting space and lodging on the date required. Be within close proximity to Washington Dulles International airport and attendees can lodge on-site. Able to offer guests lodging and group dining facilities, indoor and outdoor physical fitness facilities, and various meeting spaces for variety of programs. Specific Information 1. On-site conference services, lodging, and dining to accommodate 200 attendees (Social Distance protocol will be observed). 2. Room Requirements - The contractor shall provide one (1) meeting room to accommodate 140 personnel for three days consecutive. Meeting room shall be set up classroom style with chairs and tables to accommodate 200 personnel with adequate space to take notes and safety navigate the room. Additional room setup details - one (1) registration Table 6’ and (1) one Podium shall be provided. 3. Hours - Meeting room shall be available from 0700-1700 daily for the three days of consecutive training. The period of availability is from 3 - 5 November 2021. 4. A/V - Meeting room shall have one (1) projector with VGA and HDMI connection and one (1) projection screen that all personnel can see clearly. 5. A/V - Meeting room shall have two (2) microphones {(1) lavalier mic and (1) handheld mic} and speakers capable for all personnel to hear clearly. 6. Transportation Access - less than 1-mile radius of a Metro Stop, The DOD Shuttle Bus Program (Stops), or The Pentagon Circulator Bus Stops. 7. Parking - 30 pre-paid parking spots per day for validation by the Navy training team Location: Crystal City, VA
