The Government will consider delivery to the data hosting provider and consulting/supporting organizations as directed through sFTP, hard drive transfer, or other means at no additional charge; no more than 2 receiving entities per each quarter, or regularly scheduled delivery timeline. The data delivery should consist of the following data: 1) global patents, including patent ownership, patent valuation, and chronological patent transactions (from inception to present); and 2) company data, including mergers and acquisitions, ownership structures, and business activity data. Deliver a Web-accessible data platform indigenous to the data listed above with a designated number of user accounts (20 minimum) for SIAC and its parent organization OUSD(R&E) to conduct research and analysis.
