The end item is the M984A4 Wrecker. The component utilized in crane and/or winch system to stabilize the vehicle by raising the lifting end of the vehicle to give it two stable ground points, allowing for full utilization of the wrecker equipment. The Government does not have rights to the Technical Data Package (TDP) or specifications.
