DLA Land Warren is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply: Item Name: High Speed Slip Ring (HSSR) NSN: 5977-01-681-8910 Government Part Number: 13046055 Quantity: 50 End Item: The High Speed Slip Ring (HSSR) provides a pathway for power from the Power Allocation Transfer Hub (PATH) in the hull to the Solid State Power Controller (S2PC) in the turret of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP), detailed drawings and performance specifications for this item. Additionally this sources sought announcement is not for a development effort, but a base amount and 100% option. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10 (Market Research). The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible other sources. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are due no later than 11:59 PM eastern standard time, July 2nd, 2021. Submissions should be emailed to: amy.hahka@dla.mil. However, in order to become an approved source, potential sources will have to participate in the Source Approval Program through the TACOM Competition Management Office (https://tacom.army.mil/cmo).
