Special Notice - Sources Sought The USPFO-AL is seeking vendors that can provide a solution comparable to the Picc-MJC-1 Permanent Breaching Jig and PICC-SP68 Explosive Panel from Piccola Manufacturing. The specifications for the MJC-1 include but not limited to: Install a 156” wide X 184” long X 24” deep concrete pad with embeds 1 – MJC-01 Tubing Frame Jig for explosives training Submit a shop drawing with pad details to Contracting Officer for approval before installation. Pad will have reinforcement steel, embeds with nelson studs and other features as appropriate for the type and use of the equipment. Installation of the pad will be flush with the existing ground and all site preparation requirements will be included as a part of this acquisition to provide a fully complete and functional breaching jig. The specification for the PICC-SP68 Explosives Panel include but not limited to: 6’ wide X 8’ Tall X 14” thick panel that consists of 1” interior plate with nelson studs on both sides with 12” of 5,000 psi concrete between the interior plates. This equipment is to be installed at Pelham Range National Guard Training Center, Bldg 8202, Gate 5 Road, Alexandria, AL 36250 All equipment must be installed, tested and fully functioning by 1 Mar 2022. Shipping costs all equipment will be included as part of this acquisition. The proposed North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332313 –Plate Work Manufacturing with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 6920.
