Sources Sought Notice Grounds Maintenance Services at Eielson AFB, Alaska This is a Sources Sought notice for grounds maintenance to be performed at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. This requirement consists of recurring grounds maintenance services at Eielson AFB, AK, and all work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and the contract's incorporated Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contemplated contract for grounds maintenance services shall comprise of one base period of performance, beginning on 15 April 2020 and ending 30 September 2020, and will include four option periods for a total of five years of performance. Entities that believe that they are capable of conforming to the above requirement details and applicable regulations are encouraged to submit a capability package to the 354th Contracting Squadron (354 CONS) at Eielson AFB, AK. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All prospective entities must have an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Entities who do not possess an active SAM registration at the time of contract award will be ineligible for award.
