This requirement is for the improvement of the existing High Power Range Threat Simulator (HPRTS) with the replacement of the current signal generator system, Model 527, with the Advance Architecture Desktop Signal Generator (A2DSG) system. The upgrade to the A2DSG will allow simulator files from the A2PATS to be run directly on the signal generator. CCM requires the upgrade of the signal generator in the HPRTS in order to simulate higher fidelity signal generation capability, files, and the usage of validated signal libraries to support the Warfighter with their mission requirements.
