The purpose of this memorandum is for contract modification W192L7-20-P-0003-01 for the period of performance 1 DEC 2019 through 31 January 2019 for the Smyrna Dinning Facility. The new contract is not yet awarded due to processing. The service requirement is to provide non-personal services for Smyrna DFAC Service for the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG). The Performance Work Statement (PWS) states that the contractor shall prepare meals at the Smyrna DFAC and other TNARNG Dining Facilities (DFAC) such as but not limited to Volunteer Training Site Lavinia VTS- L(Lavinia, TN), Volunteer Training Site Tullahoma VTS-T (Tullahoma, TN), and Volunteer Training Site Catoosa VTS-C (Tunnel Hill, GA).for the units in the TNARNG. This service provides a critical function in support of the TNARNG.
