This is a Request for Information (RFI) in support of a potential requirement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a request for proposals or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Also, it is not a request seeking contractors interested in being placed on a solicitation mailing list. Response to this RFI is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this request and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted will not be returned. No solicitation document exists at this time, and calls requesting a solicitation will not be answered. Description of Requirement Army Contracting Command - Warren, in support of Product Manager Allied Tactical Vehicles, seeks interested vendors capable of providing, and delivering (FOB Destination) to Kabul, Afghanistan, up to ten each COATS HIT 5000H2 Military Application Tire Changers (220V, 3-Phase). These tire changers are required to service run-flat equipped tires mounted on various tactical and combat vehicles used by the Afghan National Army (e.g., Mobile Strike Force Vehicle).
