The Minimum Specifications are: Intelligent Business Process Management Suite capabilities Purpose of the tool is to easily build Process and Workflows. MUST have great capabilities surrounding Process Management, Service Orchestration, etc. Continuous upgrades included – designed business process model doesn’t change, but Tech/UX is modernized automatically by platform upgrade Business Process Model based. Business Process Automation focused. Visual Model and Process design capabilities AND backed by a written code model (Layouts, flows, declarative syntax) Runtime web must work on NMCI gold-disk browser Development must work on NMCI/Legacy/DREN networks/browser(s) – 0 footprint capability No-admin developer capability There MUST be exceptional integrated DevOps/DevSecOps support that is compatible with our existing infrastructure. This should be out-of-the-box integrations, included, or extremely simple to set up (plug-in, included secure marketplace, etc) Integrated Automated Unit Testing Automated deployment of platform capable Automated deployment of app capable Integrated CI/CD pipeline Integrated security compliance checking, quality checking, code review/PR IL5 Cloud instance On-prem capable Containerization capable (Docker/Kubernetes) Enterprise scalable – out of the box High availability features – out of the box Platform independent Cloud Agnostic Database agnostic Comprehensive and available Security Certifications/Audits/Documentation (required for ATO and RMF reciprocity) Simple Product Catalog Licensing structure (complex catalogs are too difficult for developers/managers to piecemeal and track usage. We are looking for simple licensing. All (most) products included, Unlimited usage, etc) Stability – product needs to already be used other places in government, have a history, and going to be able to be around for the next 20 years Enterprise-ready low-code/no-code platform Out of the box CRM Out of the box Customer Engagement Center Out of the box Case Management suite – fully customizable Multiexperience Development Platform – single app enables Web, tablet, mobile – Progressive Web App, SPAs (Single Page Apps)/Microapps – APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) automatically generated based on service/data/workflow, event/messaging. Chatbots (model/process-driven – NOT AI-driven) The Developer Experience must be exceptional with integrated ALM, Version Control. Need a good focus on the “citizen developer” as we intend business users to design apps. High efficiency of developers vs. custom code Online on-demand, and virtual classroom led training must be available. Model-drivel - Create data entities and DB, APIs, Services, UI/UX auto generated based on relationships Platform must have very strong presence, # of customers, and support immediately available in USA (Ability for us to get support, train, find knowledgeable staff, continue to train new staff, etc) Customer Experience must be very good (we don’t have the luxury of working in a platform that is not immediately usable and the vendor is willing to work with us to make it a success) Must have strong Federal/DoD Government experience existing in the market (for the platform to be successful quickly, it must be proven in government and the vendor must know what they are doing) Out-of-the box or free/included Marketplace or government shared assets for Contract Management, Tech Data, Financial Visualizations, etc. If you have an aPaaS offering that meets the minimum specifications listed above, please submit a no more than three- page Word document that addresses the suggested offering’s ability to meet the minimum specifications.
