The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the services to build and test a rugged, portable impedance measurement device (IMD) for measurement of power systems onboard ships, submarines and test facilities on a sole source basis from Corzine Engineering. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
