This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for performance based, commercial Portable Latrine Rental and Services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-21-Q-0001, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2020-06TA effective 5 June 2020). This is a total set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 562991 Administrative Services, the PSC Code is W085, and the small business size standard is $8 million. Only quotes submitted by “small businesses" will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not "a small business" will not be considered for award. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. When the customer provides it, a map of the locations of the latrines will be posted and contractors will be notified to provide more accurate quotes.**
