Carefully read attached statement of work. NOTE: CONTRACTOR SHALL BE A CERTIFIED EATON SWITCHGEAR REPAIR COMPANY. Install automatic breaker controls so main breakers will close automatically after a power outage. See shop drawing for details. The installed system will monitor the utility voltage, main circuit breakers and tie circuit breaker status, and main circuit breakers and tie circuit breaker current trip switches. In the event of a loss of utility power, the system already opens the main circuit breakers. The new controls will act to selectively reclose the main circuit breakers after a time delay, once utility voltage has been restored. The controls will not reclose the main circuit breakers if any operation of the current trip switches has occurred. In this event, the reclose controls will lock out and an amber warning light will be lit on the control panel
