This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a form solicitation will not be issued. Requirement: US Army Ordnance Corps and School will conduct Warrant Officer Basic Courses (WOBC) 915A with focused training on: Advanced Engine Troubleshooting Diagnostics and Repair, as well as Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems Troubleshooting and Repair. Estimated number of courses per year: twelve (12). Additional courses to be considered. Contract Type: Award will result in a single-award, indefinite-delivery requirements contract, with firm-fixed-price unit prices established for one WOBC given the estimated number of courses per year. Set-Aside: The applicable NAICS for this RFQ is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training with a Size Standard of $12,000,000.00. This requirement is solicited as unrestricted, no set-aside is designated. No small business plan is required. RFQ Details: The Government intends on awarding an Indefinite-Delivery Requirements Contract as a result of this solicitation. The contract will be for one base year and 2 option years, with the following dates: Base Year: January 2021 to December 2021. Option 1: January 2022 to December 2022.
