The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure six (6) Panel Retro-fit Kits for SA 93335 OPA Improvements onboard DDGs 100, 102, 104, 110, 113, and 115. This procurement will be issued on a Sole Source basis with Facet LLC (Cage: 87405). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
