The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure 170 Analog Sensor Cables (P/N: 07030417-27) on a Sole Source basis from Leonardo DRS (Cage: 5URY2). The Analog Sensor Cables are a multi-circuit cable with specialized pins and notched connectors. These Cables enable communication between the Ships’ Switchboards and Ships’ Thermal Monitoring Components. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
