This document sets forth the Limited Source Justification for an award of a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract on a limited source basis in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6. This is a sole source FSS order to Gartner, Inc. for a period of nine months. The requirement was for IT research and advisory services that support IT initiatives and challenges while offering insight necessary to help MDA make informed decisions on mission-critical priorities and key initiatives through unlimited access to published research, inquiries and attendance at events.
