The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source solicitation for procurement of NAG Marine Advanced Damage Control System (ADCS). The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated contract action will include firm-fixed-price contract line items for procurement of 16 NAG Marine Rugged Science Operator Interface Enclosure, 16 NAG Marine Rugged Science OIC Mtg Bracket, and 16 NAG Marine Rugged Science Field Side Power Connector Kits. NAG Marine is considered the supplier who can provide the required Rugged Science equipment.
