The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for snow and ice removal services at the PCF Harold P. Lynch United States Army Reserve Center (USAC), 5363 Peru Street, Plattsburgh, New York 12901. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide snow and ice removal services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide the snow and ice removal services described in the PWS. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a Period of Performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. In the Solicitation W15QKN-20-Q-5059, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS, paragraph 8, should read, "Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email no later than 11:00 AM EST on 03 January 2020 to Robert MacFarlane, Contract Specialist, at robert.b.macfarlane3.civ@mail.mil and Rita Heyboer, Contracting Officer, at rita.m.heyboer.civ@mail.mil."
