The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) Public Works Department (PWD) Rota had a requirement in support of the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) One for the leasing of one (1) medium duty tracked excavator and one (1) heavy duty tracked excavator to be provided at Naval Station Rota Spain. Required equipment lease includes maintenance, delivery, pick-up and service requests. The Period of Performance is effective September 30, 2020 through September 29, 2021 (Base Period) and includes three (3) Option Periods (3-months each) up to June 30, 2022. The Government has awarded a sole source contract to allow for continuation of equipment lease services lapsing on September 29, 2020.
