These services will keep the water levels in the wet wells at Kawaiele and Nohili Pump Stations at a range of -1.5 to –2.0 ft. Mean Sea Level (MSL), thus protecting underground infrastructure at PMRF, reducing the risk of flooding, and helping control insects, and odor which would negatively affect PMRF operations, safety and security. b.
