(CACI), 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. The Government projects an award no later than 30 September 2020 and will use fiscal year (FY) 2020 Operation and Maintenance funds for the base year of this contract. An acquisition plan is not required because this procurement does not meet the threshold at Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 207.103(d)(j)(B). This bridge contract action will provide the Government with the time required to compete a follow on action.
