This notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to SP Global LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or an exception to the Government's intent to purchase on a sole source basis within seven (7) days of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred for submissions in response to this notice.
