THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought ALUA 20-0033 announcement seeking responses in order to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. The 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS) intends to award a Design/Build project to repair BPC Gym. This project is to include the design, engineering, consultant coordination, procurement, logistical planning and construction required to allow the GOVERNMENT to maintain a complete and usable BPC Gym facility upon completion of the project. The designated NAICS code is 237990 with size standard of $39.5 Million dollars. The proposed project magnitude for the IDIQ is $1,000,000 and maximum of $5,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). The government plans to consider all information submitted in response to the Sources Sought Notice. The government anticipates making an award in May 2021. A draft Statement of Word (SOW) is posted in conjunction with this notice to provide the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. Responses shall reference the Sources Sought number and shall include the following information: • Business Name • CAGE Code (If applicable) • Point of contact name, email address, and telephone and fax numbers • Capabilities to perform and/or hire qualified personnel/subcontractors for this type of acquisition Information will be sent to SrA Jordon Bongcayao at email: jordon.bongcayao@auab.afcent.af.mil. Requested information must be received no later than 1:00 PM Arabian, 7 April 2021. The email shall be used as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging all information. The government will provide an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of information submitted. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
