This posting includes amendment 0003, attachments 0003, 0004, 0005, 0008, 0013, 0019, 0030, 0033, 0034, 0035. This posting also includes beta.SAM.gov tracking spreadsheet. The Government is considering an additional evaluation factor that would impact proposal submission, therefore proposal due date is extended to April 20, 2020. The Government anticipates a forthcoming amendment to address these considerations. __________________________ The purpose of this posting is to extend the proposal due date to March 2, 2020 and post amendment 0002 for Solicitation W52P1J-19-R-0069. This posting includes amendment 0002, attachments 0016, 0017, 0018, and 0033. -------------------------------------------------------- Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-19-R-0069 for the operation and maintenance of the Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD) for Fiscal year 2021 through 2030. HWAD is a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated facility located in Hawthorne, NV. In addition to the operation and maintenance, the operating contractor will be required to provide numerous base support operations (e.g., safety, security, demilitarization). Utilizing a best value subjective tradeoff source selection to award a single, Firm-Fixed Price contract consisting of a base period with five, one-year ordering periods; a three-year evaluated option with one-year ordering periods; and a two-year evaluated option with one-year ordering periods. The technical data packages were posted on July 12, 2019 and additional technical data packages were posted on August 7, 2019. The technical data packages are applicable to demilitarization requirements on attachments 0016, 0017, and 0018. These documents are only available to those firms with an active registration with the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). All questions and comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Angela M. Calhoun, angela.m.calhoun.civ@mail.mil and/or the Contract Specialist, Beau Bixler, beau.j.bixler.civ@mail.mil and shall be submitted not later than January 06, 2020, 1200 (noon), Central Time (CT).
