This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a modification to exisiting Contract W31P4Q-19-P-0135 to add 4 additional PSS repairs and extend the Contract period of performance from 30 September 2020 to 31 March 2021. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
