The purpose of this Sources Sought/Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing the following items: 1) FILTER, CARTRIDGE, WOUND POLYPROPYLENE 2.5 NOMINAL x 30" FILTERS PURCHASED FOR P/N PPL660-3-S-3-G3A CHAMBER. VENDOR: SERFILCO. 2) ADAPTER, FLANGE, INLET 3 INCH POLYPROPYLENE. VENDOR: SERFILCO 3) CHAMBER, MEGA FLO ZINC FILTRATION POLYPROPYLENE CHAMBER EPDM RUBBER ELASTAMERS. 7500 GPH MAX FLO OR 115 FT TDH MEDIA 22x30 FILTER CARTRIDGE.. Vendors who are interested shall complete and return the attached Technical Information Questionnaire. This Sources Sought/Market Research is for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 221310. Firms that recognize and can provide the required items described above are encourage to identify themselves.
