A Justification and Approval has been prepared to request approval to execute a Sole Source award to Nexsys Electronics, Inc. dba Medweb for the sustainment of the Deployed Tele-Radiology System and Theater Image Repository. Specifically, the Government has a requirement for the continuation of in-theater systems support, as well as, engineering and operational support of these systems for military healthcare professionals located in the US Central Command Area of Operations, implicating Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(iii)(A&B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
